Job Description
Must-Haves:
• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of experience service desk
• Good communication
• Epic Exposure or other EMR

• Ticketing systems
• Remote in access and password reset experience
• Healthcare
Day-to-Day:
• This individual will focus on Tier Two responsibilities, primarily supporting Epic functions. They will receive training from the Epic team to effectively resolve related issues.
