    Job Description

    The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and facilitator for one or more Scrum teams working on cloud-based solutions. This role ensures adherence to Agile principles and the Scrum framework while enabling teams to deliver high-quality, scalable cloud applications and services.

    Key aspects include:

    Facilitation of Scrum Events: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to maintain cadence and transparency.

     

    Team Enablement: Foster a self-organizing, collaborative environment that removes impediments and promotes continuous improvement.

     

    Cloud Project Focus: Guide teams in implementing solutions on platforms such as Azure or AWS, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and security practices.

     

    Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity on goals, priorities, and deliverables.

     

    Agile Coaching: Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices, scaling frameworks (SAFe), and cloud-specific delivery models.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master

     

    - Can manage 2-3 Scrum teams

     

    - SAFe experienced

     

    - Has technical or cloud experience

     

    - Can work 12-9pm RO
