    Job Description

    A client is currently seeking a Data Entry Analyst for a position based in Bogota, Colombia that can sit fully remote. This position will be responsible for creating and modifying JSON files for changes made to menu items within the restaurants. On a daily basis they will work out of a queue within Dev-ops and work on the requests sent to them that are processed by the Business Analyst. This position is similar to data entry work but there may also be some support work to be completed should there be no active requests in the system. On a daily basis, they will join a morning stand up meeting to discuss the daily actions, then participate in retrospectives and sprint planning. We are ideally looking for a candidate with some IT development exposure so they understand an agile environment and it would also be helpful if they have read technical files (especially JSON files). If not, the manager can train on this but they are needing someone with strong communication and team collaboration skills!

    Skills and Requirements

     

    1+ year of IT development experience or exposure (can be schooling)

     

    Strong Attention to detail skills

     

    Strong customer service, communication and team work skills Technology Degree

     

    Dev-ops understanding

     

    Can read JSON files

     

    Experience working with Git, Gitlab

     

    Agile understanding
