• Supply Chain Manager

    Job Description

    This position is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for developing and executing a robust supply chain strategy to support a growth oriented, ISO 13485 certified manufacturing site. This includes oversight and coordination of procurement, planning, supplier development and quality, logistics, and team development. The role ensures alignment with company goals, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, while managing supplier relationships, cost control, and compliance. The manager will lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, Technical Support, and Product Management.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Materials Logistics Management preferred (open to years of experience)

     

    7–10+ years in global supply chain, purchasing, and logistics.

     

    Systems: Strong ERP/MRP experience (e.g., SYSPRO).

     

    Skills: Strategic agility, negotiation, cost reduction, supplier development, and team leadership.

     

    Travel: Some Domestic and international travel required Certifications: CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent preferred.
