Job Description

We are seeking a Data and AI Strategy Consultant to support strategic initiatives at the intersection of data, technology, and business. This role involves driving data strategy, managing data platforms, and ensuring effective data delivery. The consultant will work closely with internal teams to respond to quick-turn requests, facilitate requirements gathering, and support data governance and management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy & Delivery: Support development and execution of data strategy and governance frameworks.

o Facilitate requirements definition (functional and technical) for data and AI initiatives.

o Respond to quick-turn requests and emerging priorities with agility.

• Data Platform & Management: Assist in aligning database tracks for inventory uploads and maintaining data integrity.

o Support design and development of enterprise-wide data platforms.

o Perform data management tasks using Excel, SharePoint, and other tools.

• Collaboration & Documentation: Organize and facilitate meetings, including agendas, presentations, and action tracking.

o Prepare clear documentation for requirements, definitions, and deliverables.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• 5+ years of experience in management or technology consulting.

• Expertise in data strategy, data management, data architecture, and data platforms.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

• Active TSA Suitability or Public Trust clearance. • PMP or CDMP certification.

• Experience with AI capabilities and use case implementation.

• Prior federal consulting experience.
