In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

This posting is for a Contract Administrator II within the Adaptive Communications & Sensing Product Line of the C4ISR Business within BAE Systems Inc.'s Electronic Systems Sector.
Job responsibilities include:
+ To assist in the coordination and management of proposals, contracts and purchase orders under the direct supervision and guidance of a higher level Contract Administrator or Manager.
+ Develop a deep understanding of the US Government Acquisition and Procurement process, the BAE Systems Contracts function and relevant Company policies and procedures, FAR/DFAR, commercial contracting methods and other government regulations.
+ Participate in and manage the cross-functional Contract Closeout process.
+ Assist upper level Contract Administrators and Managers in negotiations and other activities such as fact finding and audits.
+ Attend Program Management meetings to provide advice to Program Managers and ensure the Contracts functional mandate is adhered to.
+ Attend customer meetings and interact directly with customer representatives.
+ Negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Bailment Agreements and other agreements in accordance with BAE Systems policy and delegations of authority.
+ Provide Contracts input to Program Management Reviews with upper management, and when practical, present the Contracts slides.
+ Performs other duties as required.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
+ 1 year administering FAR/DFARS contracts
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72092 - $122556
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
