    Contracts Administrator

     

    Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually + $5,000 Annual Bonus Potential

    Maxim Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to oversee the administration of service contracts, including drafting, reviewing, analyzing, advising, and negotiating all aspects of the contract lifecycle.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Generate service agreements upon request and advise on appropriate templates

    + Review client redlines and external templates; provide feedback and risk analysis

    + Draft alternative terms and negotiate contract language with internal and external parties

    + Ensure compliance with legal department protocols and service level agreements

    + Educate internal partners on contract lifecycle management and risk mitigation

    + Coordinate communication to resolve outstanding negotiation issues

    + Ensure all revenue-producing contracts are fully executed and properly stored

    + Create and maintain reports on contract data, turnaround times, and compliance trends

    + Assist with renewals, audits, and contract administration projects

    + Escalate issues as necessary and complete contract submissions from inception to execution

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint); OneNote preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume contracts

    + Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills

    + Ability to learn contract management software and internal systems quickly

    + Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    + Experience or interest in healthcare industry preferred
