    **Senior Manager** sought by Merastar Insurance Company in Jacksonville, FL. 40 hrs./wk. Duties include: Oversee op. sys., processes, op. procedures, & infrastructure. Manage support analysts in resolution of sys. issues & outages. Anticipate, track & resolve op. & tactical risks. Mng daily business of ops. team while balancing responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, & risk mgmt. Work with Director, Contact Center Technologies on special projects. Oversee & report metrics. Identify trends & assess opportunities to improve processes. Complete reasonability testing & info. validation before circulating findings & recomm. Raise, resolve & track issues & conflicts involving stakeholders. Respond to feedback. Support training programs, reinforcing tech & ops infrastructure between depts. Ensure ops., admin., & compliance functions are executed in accord. with regulatory-based best practices. Act as Agent on behalf of key stakeholders (BU) during portfolio prioritization. Coord. testing, training, & communication for portfolio releases. Develop communications cadence to mgmt. Design, run, analyze, & interpret experimental tests. Address op. concerns, monitor customer satisfaction. Develop & implement op. procedures & policies. Analyze training needs/reqs. Communicate complex technical concepts to Info. Tech., other Business Units, & front-line employees. Remote work / telecommuting benefits available - Hybrid position. Must report to office worksite 2 days per wk. Must reside within MSA of office worksite. MIN REQ: Bach. degree, or foreign equiv., in Info. Tech, or related field. Will accept Bach. equiv. based on combination of education as determined by a professional evaluation svc. 5 yrs exp. in job offered or in operational management. SPECIAL REQ.: 2 yrs. exp. with each: leading geographically disbursed teams; op. support of AWS technologies. Up to 5% short-term, domestic travel may be involved to attend industry conferences. Salary Range for this job is $130,471 - $168,100. When determining candidate offers, we consider exp., skills, educ., certifications, & geographic location among other factors.
