    Purpose of this Role

    Belle is seeking a full-time, remote Medical Assistant to help deliver high-quality, member-centered care. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving clinical outcomes, supporting care coordination, and enhancing the experience for both members and their caregivers.

     

    This position is ideal for a compassionate MA who is passionate about improving the health and well-being of older adults through personalized, holistic support.

    Responsibilities

    + Review Community Health Worker (CHW) appointment documentation for accuracy and completeness, escalating issues to the nurse case manager as needed.

    + Support care coordination activities, including scheduling follow-up appointments and communicating with members or their caregivers.

    + Mail and/or email patient care plans and educational materials as directed by case managers.

    + Accurately update and maintain patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.

    + Protect patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all HIPAA and organizational policies.

    Experience, Skills, & Personality

    + Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) required.

    + 2 years of experience in a medical office, telehealth, or care coordination setting.

    + Experience using EHR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred).

    + Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    + Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

    + Experience working with older adult populations preferred.

    + Naturally empathetic, with strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
