    We are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Patient Experience professional at Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing who is looking to grow in the field of post-acute care.

     

    This position allows for professionals to practice and grow their leadership skills and abilities while overseeing patient / guest experience, as well as employee engagement. This is an entry-level healthcare position that offers tremendous growth and national networking opportunities

    Here’s what we are looking for:

    + Dedicated professionals who want to grow in healthcare management

    + Candidates who are committed to ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness

    + Leaders who are creative, dynamic, and open to creative think-tank sessions to enhance customer service in the field of healthcare.

    + Candidates who may have an interest in growing their expertise in employee operations

    + Creatives who will lead employee engagement councils to ensure that all employees have a voice in shaping their work environment

    + Professionals who are open to working the following schedule

    + Sunday - Thursday 11 AM - 7 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM

    + Tuesday - Saturday 11 AM - 7 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM
