    PDS Tech is hiring entry-level machine operators! We’re looking for team members who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist with production tasks, data recording, and reporting. This is a great opportunity for weekly pay, overtime, full benefits, and a clear path to a long-term, direct-hire role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and maintain machinery (lathes, drills, grinders, presses, welding equipment)

    + Record production data and perform quality checks

    + Load/unload materials and assemble components

    + Maintain a safe, organized workspace

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

    What We’re Looking For /Must Haves:

    + Fluent in English and Spanish for workplace communication and reporting

    + Proficient with Excel for basic data recording

    + Entry-level to some machine maintenance experience (certifications a plus)

    + Flexible schedule and available for both day and night shifts

    Physical Requirements:

    + Lift up to 50 lbs. independently, 75 lbs. with assistance

    + Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching

    + Wear required PPE and work safely in shop environments

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
