Elevate the Employee Experience - PDS Tech Commercial is Hiring An HR Generalist for A Leading Manufacturing Company!
**Location:** Jefferson, GA | **Pay Rate:** $39.23/hour | **Schedule:** Full Time: M-F (8am - 5pm)
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a top-tier organization in the manufacturing industry to find a driven and versatile Human Resources (HR) Generalist. In this dynamic role, you will directly support the people, processes, and culture that power innovation and operational excellence. Your work will have a measurable impact on employee experience, organizational compliance, and continuous improvement.
_What You’ll Do:_
Human Resources Support
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across HR systems and personnel files.
• Support payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee leave management.
• Coordinate employee training sessions and track certifications and development activities.
• Respond to day-to-day HR inquiries, escalating matters as needed.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Support
• Help implement and monitor EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate safety trainings and maintain documentation, including incident reports and inspection records.
• Participate in EHS audits, inspections, and follow-up corrective actions.
• Champion a culture of workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
Continuous Improvement Support
• Identify opportunities to improve processes within HR, EHS, and other operational areas.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and recommend enhancements.
• Assist in documenting SOPs and developing training materials for new processes.
_Qualifications:_
Required:
• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
• Working knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and documentation
Preferred:
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with EHS compliance and reporting
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

**Pay Details:** $39.23 per hour
