Facilities Maintenance Technician – El Paso, TX
**Pay:** $23–$25/hr (Temp-to-Perm with automatic raise at conversion)
**Shift:** Second Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM MT

Position Overview:
PDS Tech is looking for a driven, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a high-energy team supporting a large commercial facility in El Paso. This role is ideal for technicians who take pride in solving problems, keeping operations running smoothly, and owning their craft. If you have strong commercial maintenance experience and want a role that will grow with you, this is it.
What You’ll Do:
• Monitor facility conditions to ensure a safe, reliable, and well-maintained environment
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, electrical issues, building controls, and mechanical equipment
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, lighting, and general building systems
• Replace bulbs, ballasts, fixtures, and perform minor electrical tasks
• Support vendor coordination and ensure contractors follow site protocols
• Move tools, machinery, and equipment as needed to support operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety standards
What You Bring:
• Strong commercial facilities maintenance experience required
• Solid mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting HVAC and building systems
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay organized
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance or HVAC
• Must be able to work 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM MT, second shift
• Will participate in an on-call rotation (schedule provided in advance)
**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
