    Contract: **Full Time, Consultant (12 Months)**

     

    Pay Rate: **$44 to $46 per hour**

    What You’ll Do

     

    As an Employee Development Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind workforce capability, quality, and continuous improvement across aerospace manufacturing operations.

    You will:

    + Conduct learning needs analyses and set clear training objectives.

    + Create and deliver hands-on technical training across areas like Electrical, Structural, Quality, or Systems.

    + Coach employees and teams to elevate skills, productivity, and performance.

    + Lead engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions that boost retention and mastery.

    + Track and evaluate training effectiveness to guide ongoing improvement.

    + Certify new trainers through impactful Train-the-Trainer programs.

    + Ensure all training aligns with strict regulatory and safety standards.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to identify development needs and propose smart, targeted solutions.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Required

    + 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or manufacturing support.

    + Proven experience in employee development, coaching, or technical instruction.

    + Strong capability in designing and delivering training—leadership or technical.

    + Ability to read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions.

    + Eligibility to work with ITAR/EAR-regulated information or facilities.

    Preferred

    + Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean certifications.

    + Background in Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Seal, or Systems work.

    + Hands-on experience as an aerospace mechanic.

    + Strong knowledge of needs assessment, job analysis, and advanced instructional techniques.

    + Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination).

    **Pay Details:** $44.00 to $46.00 per hour
