Job Summary
Our research team is seekinga **part-time Research Assistant/Analyst** to support the **RAYS (Rural Adult and Youth Sports Protection) Study,** led by Dr. Yelena Wu. This project focuses on providing a health education intervention to youth, families, and coaches on sports teams in rural parts of Utah.

Responsibilities
The Research Assistant/Analyst will support study activities including organizing and managing study data in compliance with IRB -approved protocols, preparing materials for study visits, assisting with educational intervention sessions, and maintaining accurate participant records while monitoring study progress. Additional duties include collecting and reviewing data samples for accuracy and completeness.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Social or Behavioral Science, Liberal Arts, or a field related to the area of research, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); one year of experience in research and analytical techniques; demonstrated statistical and quantitative analysis experience; and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills required..
This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements.
