Description
SAIC is seeking an **AI Training Program Coordinator** located at **Camp Smith in Hawaii** to support **USINDOPACOM** in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions and provide training and mentorship to staff members on AI tools and technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
+ Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions to address organizational challenges and improve operational efficiency.
+ Provide training and mentorship to staff members on AI tools and technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
+ Leverage AI platforms such as **Claude** , **Gemini** , **CoPilot** , and **Palantir** to deliver actionable insights and enhance decision-making processes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization.
+ Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
+ Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and training materials to communicate AI strategies and outcomes effectively.
+ Develop and maintain a staff AI Training Plan to ensure effective training is provided as new AI-powered technologies come online.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
+ Bachelors and ten (10)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
+ Proven experience with AI-powered tools and platforms, including **Claude** , **Gemini** , **CoPilot** , and **Palantir** products.
+ Strong background in training and educating teams on AI technologies and their applications.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical AI solutions.
DESIRED SKILLSET:
+ Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
+ Experience working in a government or defense environment.Combatant Command or Four-Star Service component would be ideal.
+ Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
+ Knowledge of data security and ethical considerations in AI applications.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
• Must have an Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be a current US Citizen.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
