Numerator is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with strong CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) expertise to join our dynamic Business Systems team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our established US Salesforce instance across global regions and ensuring that the platform scales efficiently to support new products and business processes.
You’ll be responsible for driving system enhancements, maintaining platform health, and ensuring Salesforce is optimized for our sales, customer success, and operations teams. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, business process understanding, and collaboration across teams to support our global go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do:
+ Serve as a senior architect for Numerator’s Salesforce platform, focusing on scalability, governance, and performance.
+ Lead configuration and management of Salesforce CPQ, ensuring accurate pricing, product setup, and quoting processes.
+ Design, configure, and manage Salesforce CPQ features, such as product rules, pricing methods, bundles, and quote templates.
+ Act as CPQ subject matter expert for urgent issues, including configuration problems, pricing errors, and code-related bugs, to ensure seamless sales operations.
+ Conduct thorough testing (functional, regression, and user acceptance) to ensure quality.
+ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and IT) to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather complex requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions using both declarative and programmatic methods.
+ Support the global rollout of Salesforce to new regions, aligning with corporate data governance and process standards.
+ Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables.
+ Manage user access, security settings, profiles, and roles to maintain compliance and data integrity.
+ Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports.
+ Work closely with developers and third-party partners to implement integrations and enhancements.
+ Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and new technologies, ensuring optimal platform adoption and efficiency.
+ Mentor junior admin and contribute to Salesforce best practice documentation and standards.
+ 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Architect experience.
+ 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and optimization.
+ Proven track record supporting global Salesforce deployments and multi-region environments.
+ Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce modules.
+ Expertise in Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, validation rules, custom objects, and fields.
+ Experience with integrations (e.g., ERP(Netsuite), billing, or marketing systems).
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
+ Strong ability to write robust, scalable Apex code, including triggers, classes, and test coverage to create custom functionality and automation.
+ Deep understanding of CPQ functionalities, including product, price, and configuration rules.
+ Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin and/or CPQ Specialist Certification strongly preferred.
+ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
