ARCO/Murray is seeking an MEP Superintendent to oversee all MEP activities on large-scale data center projects. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project delivery.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

+ Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects

+ Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

+ Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards

+ Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues

+ Monitor project schedule and report progress to project management team

+ Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP systems

+ Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionality

+ Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and testing

+ Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

+ Ability to travel to project sites as needed

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

+ 5–10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects

+ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

+ Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software

+ Excellent leadership and communication skills

+ OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols
