Salary Range: $62.99 – $94.45 (Hiring rate is dependent upon education, training, work experience, etc.)

Key Responsibilities: Driving Excellence and Growth
This is an action-oriented role focused on achieving clinical excellence, improving the patient experience, and supporting staff. You will be responsible for:
+ **Leading Your Team:** Provide day-to-day oversight for all department caregivers. This includes staffing, training, mentoring, and completing performance evaluations.
+ **Fostering Staff Engagement:** Cultivate a positive and cohesive work environment, proactively influencing morale, and ensuring high staff retention.
+ **Improving Patient Experience:** Act as the primary point of contact for patient concerns, ensuring every patient receives high-quality, compassionate care.
+ **Operational Management:** Develop, interpret, and enforce departmental programs, policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement new workflows and processes.
+ **Regulatory Compliance:** Partner with leaders to ensure the unit fully complies with hospital, local, Joint Commission, state, and federal standards. Enforce safety, infection control, and radiation safety measures.
+ **Fiscal & Equipment Oversight:** Establish and manage the departmental budget. Oversee equipment service and make recommendations for future purchases and replacement to support growth.
+ **Collaborative Leadership:** Work closely with other imaging leaders to align strategies and ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery across the service line.

+ **Service Line Growth:** Be a part of operational planning to support and sustain the anticipated increase in patient volume for the Kearney Breast Center.
Qualifications
Education
+ **Required:** Accredited Program in Imaging.
+ **Preferred:** Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related field.
Experience
+ Minimum of 4 years of prior related experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
+ Required experience with Quality Control/Process Improvement and equipment management.
+ Required knowledge of PACS/RIS and multiple imaging modalities.
Credentials
+ **Required:** ARRT – Radiography, or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification.
+ **Required:** Basic Life Support (upon hire).
Nice to Have
While not mandatory, **ARRT registration in Mammography is highly desired** . Candidates with significant direct Mammography experience will be given strong preference.
