As a part of Enterprise Business Services, the Senior Manager role will accelerate the delivery of strategic initiatives across the enterprise through best-in-class program . The role will be part of the Center of Excellence for program delivery, finance governance, S4 security implementation and oversight for Enterprise Business Services. + Lead SAP S4 security transformation and implementation across Walmart, including global markets.
+ Troubleshoot and escalate complex SAP security and GRC access control issues.
+ Coordinate segregation of duties and GRC rule sets with the Global Governance team to minimize risk.
+ Validate system and application access to ensure alignment with job responsibilities and policies.
+ Oversee periodic access reviews and remediate inappropriate or outdated access.
+ Maintain documentation for access rules, role-based models, and security standards.
+ Support compliance efforts (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, internal audits).
+ Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
+ Provide direction on global capabilities and consult on local functionality.
+ Support long-range planning, project timelines, and change management strategies, proactively mitigating risks.
+ Collaborate with teams to develop service level agreements, scorecards, and reporting.
+ Track action items, risks, and resolutions, holding teams accountable for deliverables.
+ Capture lessons learned and develop best practices for successful deployment.
+ Understand program functionality to anticipate downstream and upstream impacts.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
