    Overview

     

    As Creative Asset Management Supervisor you will play a crucial role in the management of the overall creative asset workflow for digital media campaigns. Working across multiple internal and external Client and Publisher teams the ideal candidate for this role has a strong attention to detail who enjoys working within a creative space.

    Responsibilities

    + Full ownership of the creation and management of asset delivery grid, ensuring all partner requirements are captured.

    + Scheduling and leading creative kick-off calls with internal and external parties when requested.

    + Provide clear communication daily across internal and external client and publisher teams.

    + Can confidently speak to questions regarding spec needs, timelines, creative best practices and next steps pertaining to all pending, at-risk or completed items to stakeholders of all levels.

    + Manage the full delivery lifecycle of creative campaigns, including creation of production lead times, the delivery of assets from clients and creative agencies to media partners and routing final demo pages for client approval.

    + Perform QA of all final deliverables from client teams/creative agencies to ensure all partner specifications (file type, size and video length) are met and are error free.

    + Work closely with media partners to ensure all client deliverables are executed to client’s request and can assist with troubleshooting prior to launch.

    + Provides clear communication to internal media teams to ensure creative assets have been trafficked and launched on time based on client directives.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, preferably with a concentration in graphic design, film/tv post-production, marketing, advertising or communications.

    + Minimum 3 years of similar experience, preferably at a digital or creative ad agency or similar organization

    + Experience working on Entertainment accounts or within an Entertainment organization

    + Comfortable reading and understanding digital media creative specs (display and video).

    + Strong project management skills is a must. Preferably with a high attention to detail/organization, time management, prioritization and a sense of urgency.

    + Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to visualize potential roadblocks and assist in creating solutions.

    + Strong interface skills with the ability to provide clear verbal or written communication with colleagues, clients and partners of all levels.

    + Demonstrated ability to translate and present complicated ideas in a simple, and easy to understand way.

    + An eager willingness to learn and grow within an ever-evolving creative landscape.

    + Proven experience in effectively coaching and developing others.

    + High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel and Sharepoint a must).

    The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

     

    Compensation Range: $73,910- $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
