Position Summary...
The Manager, Seller Compliance, oversees the consistent application of compliance standards within their area of responsibility. This role involves monitoring controls, researching and updating policies, and collaborating with leadership to address compliance concerns. The manager leads impact assessments, conducts data analysis based on risk indicators, and supports remediation plans. Additionally, this position fosters strong stakeholder relationships, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and provides guidance to stakeholders on standards and accountability.
What you'll do...
The Seller Compliance team ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards by third-party sellers. This team monitors controls and seller activities, enforces compliance policies, and collaborates across departments to mitigate risks and protect customers. Leveraging data-driven insights and strategic partnerships, the team upholds marketplace integrity through transparency and trust. Team members actively contribute to continuous improvement and compliance risk management, supporting Walmart’s commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory adherence while promoting accountability and operational excellence throughout the organization.
+ Manage compliance inquiries, ensuring consistent application of policies within the area of responsibility.
+ Monitor and analyze laws, regulations, and policies to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective strategies.
+ Develop, update, and communicate policies and standard operating procedures in collaboration with leadership.
+ Lead policy implementation for specific seller compliance areas.
+ Oversee data management and analysis of high-risk indicators.
+ Identify and report compliance concerns through data analysis and communicate findings to senior management.
+ Foster strong stakeholder relationships to support compliance initiatives and continuous improvement.

+ Proven experience in compliance management and regulatory compliance within complex business environments.
+ Strong expertise in policy development, drafting, and updating procedures aligned with legal and ethical standards.
+ Ability to conduct gap analysis and develop strategies to address compliance and ethics concerns effectively.
+ Skilled in stakeholder management, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to communicate compliance matters.
+ Proficiency in data analytics and reporting to identify trends and recommend resolutions.
+ Demonstrated project management capabilities supporting continuous improvement processes.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30010: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
