What You Will Do:
+ Reporting directly to the Product Director, the Special Projects Role is a key member of the Asheville leadership team.
+ This role is responsible for supporting business activities within Asheville and drives strategic business initiatives from development through execution with the leadership team.
+ This person is responsible for managing a broad spectrum of activities/projects ranging from highly strategic to tactical and plays a key role in organization focus.
+ Will also build connections across all levels of the organization to identify gaps and effectively drive Asheville goals forward.
+ Will coordinate Long Range Planning cycle; ensure priorities, and constraints for near- and long-term strategic efforts.
+ Support and drive CORE business model and partner with functional leaders to develop and track progress against Must Do’s, executing RCCA and will cultivate a unified leadership and working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Facilitate Asheville Goal Alignment activities including creation of the annual strategic plan, flowdown, catchball, and control tower at the enterprise level.
+ Lead and support mission critical Asheville improvement target teams.
+ Provide expert facilitation for Asheville and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, speed, & achievement of goals.
+ Ability to create and deliver high-quality, clear and concise executive level strategic plans, project overviews, executive summaries, and general communications.
+ Strong experience collaborating and influencing others.
+ Plan and execute strategic planning, all-hands and other department events.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience
+ OR an Advanced Degree in a related field , with a minimum 7 years experience. (Will consider relevant volunteer experience)
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

What is my role type?

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
_Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility._
_As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote._
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
