Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner Associate supports organizational Human Resources strategies and operations.

+ Assist management with routine employee relations and/or labor relations as well as performance issues.

+ Collect and analyze Human Resources data, and prepare recommendations for management.

+ Facilitate administrative processes for functional area(s) according to established procedures.

+ Assist with administration of periodic Human Resources programs.

+ Assist with associate issues relating to benefits, status changes, entering and coordinating various forms and procedures relating to associate postings, new-hire/transfers, associate compensation, benefits, payroll, and other Human Resources related programs.

Requirements

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

+ Previous experience working with data and reporting

+ About 2-4 years of previous HR experience
