Schedule:

+ Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Rotating schedule:6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

+ **Mandatory overtime required**

Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator / Assistant Digital Press Operator, you will:

+ Support Digital Press Operators by preparing, loading, shelving, and feeding stock materials.

+ Assist with press setup, breakdown, cleaning, and daily maintenance tasks.

+ Monitor print quality to ensure all output meets company standards.

+ Help distribute completed materials and capture necessary production records.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all departmental procedures.

+ Operate high-speed electronic printers according to daily print orders.

+ Maintain accuracy and integrity of printed output and ensure correct job destinations.

+ Troubleshoot minor printing issues and escalate when needed.

+ Support overall production flow and meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

This role might be a great fit if you:

+ Have prior experience in machine operation, printing, or a production environment (preferred but not required).

+ Are detail-oriented with strong quality-control awareness.

+ Can stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and loading materials.

+ Are eager to learn digital press operations and work well under supervision.

+ Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to shifting priorities.
