We are currently seeking a Senior Lab Support Engineer to join our team in Mahwah, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Job Description:

"We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Lab Support Engineer with deep expertise in Windows operating systems, hardware configuration, virtualization, and lab environment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience supporting test environments, managing lab inventory, and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. This role is critical in maintaining a secure, efficient, and compliant lab setup for testing and development purposes.

+ Expert level knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 Operating System

+ Expert level Knowledge to install and configure hardware like Hard Disk, memory etc.

+ Install and maintain various software packages on PC

+ Download ISOs and Monthly updates from MSDN site

+ Expert level knowledge of VMWare and Virtualization

+ Create VM Images and snapshots in all available languages for Win10 and Win11

+ Troubleshoot Hardware and software issues on Test PCs

+ Clearing up the old machines (Taking out hard disk and other hardware)

+ Expert level knowledge of Networking

+ Set up static IPs and maintain lab PC inventory

+ Maintain network wires and lab PC connections to network

+ Installing security certificates for web browsers

+ Install monthly Windows updates and PCs and VM images

+ Create and maintain File servers and backups

+ Restore files from backup if needed

+ Maintaining Lab inventory

+ Create Ghost images and maintain it

+ Analyze Bi-weekly Information Security reports and fix all reported issues on lab PCs

+ Basic scripting knowledge preferably VBScript

+ Basic programming knowledge

+ Perform Automated Test execution
