About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Welder - Fabricator to support our manufacturing operations by producing high-quality parts and components. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.

Schedule

+ 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

+ Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

+ Use fabrication machinery, equipment, and hand tools including saws, presses, welders, and cutting tools

+ Cut, weld, bend, and assemble metal and other materials into finished products or components

+ Inspect and test fabricated parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures and protocols

+ Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to support production needs

+ Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

+ Prior experience as a Fabricator or in a metal manufacturing environment

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

+ Knowledge of welding, cutting, bending, and fabrication techniques

+ Experience operating fabrication machinery and tools

+ Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

+ Commitment to safety in all work practices

Preferred Qualifications

+ Vocational training or certification in welding, fabrication, or related field

+ Experience working in a manufacturing facility

+ Familiarity with industrial safety standards and PPE requirements

Pay Range : $31.90 - $32.90
