    **Hybrid Schedule:** 4 Days Onsite in Blue Bell, PA

    Here’s what you’d do:

    The Fleet Fulfillment Specialist plays a key administrative role in supporting the operational efficiency of our landscaping fleet. This includes but not limited to coordinating and executing fleet-related tasks such as vehicle requisitions, transfers, registrations, management vehicle assignments, and documentation. The Fleet Fulfillment Specialist will work with various departments, vendors and branches throughout the enterprise.

    You’d be responsible for:

    + Administrative Coordination: Process and track fleet related tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

    + Vehicle Assignments: Review and process paperwork related to management vehicle driver assignments.

    + Documentation & Compliance: Manage vehicle registrations, driver assignments, decals, violations, and recall notices. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    + Communication: Serve as a primary contact for fleet-related inquiries via email and internal systems.

    + Data Entry & Systems Management: Maintain accurate asset records in fleet management systems and support invoice processing.

    + Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth fleet operations.

    You might be a good fit if you have:

    + 1–3 years of experience in fleet operations or administrative support

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Excellent written and verbal communication

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    + Analytical mindset with attention to detail

    + Experience in a service-oriented or landscaping industry preferred

    + Background in accounting or data analysis preferred

    Physical Demands:

    + Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, photocopier and computer printer.

    + Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of time
