Job Description

Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing CLO group processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. Engages with other departments to better understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best business practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data. Identify and help resolve roadblocks, issues and risks, including developing and driving mitigation plans. Track progress against predefined milestones. Help ensure quality of deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

+ 10 or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

+ Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of CLO operations.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of syndicated bank loan trade settlement process or direct experience with ClearPar

+ Knowledge of corporate and mortgage bond processing a plus.

+ XML and PDF Data Extraction Experience

+ Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills

+ Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls

+ SQL or other relational database to handle data extraction

+ Able to multi-task among shifting priorities

+ Highly energetic self-starter

+ Can quickly frame ambiguous problems and drive to tangible insight

+ Synthesizes complex information from multiple sources to influence decisions

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $148,495.00 - $174,700.00
