    Summary

    Candidates will have experience in project coordination, data analysis and process improvement. Work is performed within established professional standards and practices. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors and a considerable degree of judgement. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may have a negative impact on the division’s/department’s operations, schedules, decision making and/or performance goals. Works under minimum Supervision. Seeks approval from others on matters outside of job/role scope. Receives instruction on specific assignment objectives and possible solutions. Unusual problems are solved jointly with manager. Work is reviewed for application of sound judgement. May lead a work group or project team consisting of cross-functional team members. Builds relationships, with emphasis on those that facilitate the achievement of job/role accountabilities.

    Detailed Description

    Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

    Planning & Forecasting Support

    + Support Annual Planning and Strategic Volume Forecasting activities.

    + Collaborate with Customer Business Units to updated and consolidate monthly projected Sales Projection updates for analysis

    + Automate data update process, to enable quicker ingest of projected volume changes.

    + Prepare summary of the monthly projection to support recurring financial and operational alignment.

    Site Operations & Readiness

    + Lead the collection and maintenance of site capability matrices and capacity roadmaps.

    + Support Site Allocation Planning workflows, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.

    + Facilitates introduction and onboarding of the new sites to Celestica processes and tools.

    Reporting & Data Management

    + Maintain & ensure accuracy of dashboards and recurring reports used by leadership for decision-making.

    + Manage document repositories, with monthly updates to support core planning and space allocation

    + Support creating visually engaging executive reports and presentations.

    Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

    + Knowledge of business challenges related to manufacturing strategies.

    + Proficient in presentation delivery, database management, and computer applications.

    + Ability to manage multiple complex projects to completion under tight deadlines.

    + Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse team of stakeholders.

    + Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve high productivity within established timeframes.

    + Good presentation, database management and computer skills.

    + Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

    + Ability to enter detailed data from source documents into various databases with speed and a high degree of accuracy.

    + Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.

    + Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers

    Physical Demands

    + Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.

    + Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.

    + Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

    + Above demands are carried out within the local existing Health and Safety guidelines

    Typical Experience

    + Two to Four years relevant experience

    Typical Education

    + Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
