    Job Summary and Responsibilities

     

    As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to patients receiving life-changing spinal surgeries. With a nurse to patient ratio of 3:1, you will have the time and support needed to provide the highest level of care.

    What You'll Do

    + Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs.

    + Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation.

    + Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy and imaging.

    + Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.

    Job Requirements

    We are offering up to a $15,000 Sign On Bonus and up to $10,000 in student loan repayment assistance to new hires who meet the following eligibility requirements.

     

    + Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program college, or university

    + Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state where you live.

    + Basic Life Support (BLS)

    Pay Range

    $36.00 - $52.20 /hour
