Staff Management | SMX is hiring for Production Processing Associates with Our Client in Harbeson, DE. Production Processing Associates work within a fast paced environment in different areas of the poultry processing facility. This is a 40-hour full-time position with opportunity for overtime. No experience necessary we will train you. Walk-In applications welcome, Monday-Friday from 10:00AM-2:00PM.

Bonus: $150 bonus for specialty department (Per eligibility requirements).

Position Requirements:

+ All positions require ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for shift duration of the shift.

+ Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment Ability to work in a team.

+ Meet attendance expectations.

+ Ability and willingness to work all shifts/schedules as needed, including overtime.

+ Ability to work in cool and sometimes cold working environment.

Requirements: Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
