As the central bridge and connector for Urology research teams, this role offers the opportunity to support and advance groundbreaking innovation across the department. Reporting to the Urology Director and collaborating closely with clinical research leaders, providers, basic science teams, and finance, you'll serve as a key liaison and operational resource ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and project execution. From managing schedules and meetings to supporting policy implementation, onboarding new physicians, and organizing departmental events, you'll play an essential part in strengthening the infrastructure that drives Urology research forward. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Function as a liaison and administrative, technical, and operational resource.
+ Assist the Director with projects and daily tasks.
+ Coordinate policy evaluation and implementation.
+ Identify operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace.
+ Develop communications and databases.
+ With guidance from Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.
+ Update, monitor and manage databases.
+ Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.
+ Analyze project improvement and progress.
+ Report discrepancies and variances.
+ Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.
+ Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation, and communication of meetings.
+ Attend meetings and record key outcomes.
+ Support all office administrative functions.
+ Develop and maintain updates.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Associate's degree.
+ 3 years administrative or project management experience.
+ OR High School diploma/GED and 5 years of experience.
+ OR Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience.
+ Requires multitasking, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a highly interactive team environment.
+ Can take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
+ Solid communication and customer service skills.
+ Strong computer skills and experience with software applications.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
+ Experience developing programs (healthcare, financial or education).
+ Healthcare experience or related organization.
Physical Requirements:
+ High degree dexterity to operate office equipment.
+ May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting.
+ Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.
+ Good hearing acuity.
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $20.77
Maximum hourly: $31.68
