The Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College is one of the largest business schools in the U.S., with more than 210 full-time and 500 part-time faculty members who serve more than 15,000 students in its undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral academic programs. The School also employees more than 70 full-time staff members as well as a large number of part-time staff members who support its daily operations.
The Zicklin School is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Administrative Coordinator in the Zicklin School’s Office of the Dean. Reporting to the Academic Administrative Manager, this position will assist in the management of faculty personnel actions, maintaining of faculty records, and various administrative duties.
In addition to the duties outlined in the CUNY Title Overview, tasks will include, but are not limited to:
+ Assisting in the collection, maintenance, and dissemination of information and documents for Zicklin faculty records, including workload reporting forms, multiple position reports, and personnel and budget (P&B) action records.
+ Assisting faculty members with personnel (P&B) case preparation, including one-on-one consultation, advisement, and review of materials to be uploaded.
+ Ensuring all personnel action cases meet the required format as established in the P&B policy.
+ Working closely with the academic departments in the Zicklin School of Business on adjunct faculty personnel actions (e.g., multi-year appointments, reappointments and non-reappointments)
+ Maintenance of faculty records in the Zicklin School’s Office of the Dean.
+ Assisting daily operations of all faculty administration and management in the Zicklin School.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required.
Must be a current CUNY employee.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Prior experience with CUNY faculty personnel actions
+ Prior experience with CUNYFirst, Interfolio, and Qualtrics

- Manages basic office functions such as communications, meeting schedules, work plans, staff assignments, and distributing information.
- Collects data for, prepares, and distributes reports and presentations using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Updates office databases, lists, and files to ensure completeness and accuracy; maintains current information on department web site(s); maintains department archives and collections.
- Conducts internet and/or database research and performs basic systems queries to locate information related to department activities.
- Maintains department fiscal plans and budgets; assists in budget administration and invoice processing.
- Provides basic information, instructions, and materials as requested by students, faculty, and others who contact the department.
- May supervise office staff and student workers.
- Performs related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$48,647- $54,725; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
