    This role is a part of the Procurement Team within the Finance division. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes, driving efficiency and compliance across the organization.

    + Support Coupa CLM process enhancements for contract requests, contract creation, etc. by developing future state process maps, RACI charts, governance models, policy documentation, etc.

    + Lead the Contract Clean Up workstream by updating the Coupa contract repository, improving naming conventions, connecting master and sub-agreements, and tagging contracts for enhanced searchability.

    + Organize and support delivery of Coupa Contract Training sessions, including the creation of training materials and scheduling training events for stakeholders.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Category teams and other stakeholders, to ensure contract data integrity and process alignment.

    + Analyze contract data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    + Assist with change management and communication efforts related to contract lifecycle optimization.

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

    + 3-4 years of experience in contract lifecycle management, procurement operations, or process optimization.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent training/experience.

    Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Experience with Coupa or other contract lifecycle management platforms.

    + Experience in process mapping, RACI development, and policy creation.

    + Prior experience in training or change management initiatives.

    Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

    + Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and data management best practices.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

    + Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
