    City of Mandan Planning & Zoning Extraterritorial Representative Residing in the Mandan Extraterritorial Area.

     

    The Planning & Zoning Commission makes recommendations to the City of Mandan Commission regarding development and land use in and within 2 miles of the city’s (Mandan) corporate boundaries. The scope includes:

     

    + Review of master plans, preliminary and final plats

    + Zone change requests

    + Annexations,

    + Transportation studies

    + Street vacations, and

    + Other items as instructed by the City Commission

     

    Meetings are typically held the fourth Monday of every month at 5:30 pm at City Hall, this is a 3 year term ending 12/31/2030.  Any qualified elector residing in the Mandan Extraterritorial (within 2 miles of the city’s corporate boundaries). Deadline for application is 12/22/2025.
