Lead Physical Therapist - Clifton Park Physical Rehabilitation
Great Leadership opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
+ The Lead Physical Therapist, under the direction of the Site Supervisor, evaluates patient therapy needs
+ Plans treatment programs and performs and/or supervises therapy utilizing appropriate procedures, equipment and techniques within the scope of the profession.
+ Monitors delivery of PT services to ensure that patients receive superior quality PT services, therapy services are delivered in accordance with program standards of practice,
+ Establishes and maintains effective relationships with other members of health care team (i.e. demonstrates understanding of responsibilities of each member of health care team, presents accurate patient information to health care team during meetings and conferences).
+ Demonstrates performance standards consistent with St. Peter's Health Partners Core Values: Respect, Excellence, Stewardship, Community, Integrity and Creativity
Requirements:
+ Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s degree or Clinical Doctorate of physical therapy degree.
+ Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration
+ Minimum of 3 years experience as Physical Therapist
+ Must have knowledge, skill and appropriate care interventions that relate to the unique physical, motor/sensory, cognitive and psychosocial needs of the patient.
+ Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written
Pay Range:$39.45 - $49.80 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
