Our client, a leading organization in the flavor and ingredient manufacturing industry, is seeking a RD&A Technologist - 1st Shift to join their team. As a RD&A Technologist - 1st Shift, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting innovation and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** RD&A Technologist - 1st Shift

**Location:** Beloit, WI

**Pay Range:** $21-26/hr

**Shift:** First Shift (8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

+ Accurately weigh and measure raw materials using scales and batch sheets to ensure precise formulation.

+ Compound liquid and dry flavors according to standardized formulas and procedures, maintaining consistency and quality.

+ Operate mixing, blending, homogenizing, spray drying, and filtration equipment efficiently and safely.

+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and sanitation procedures to uphold a safe working environment.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate batch records and documentation for traceability and quality control.

What's Needed?

+ Possession of a Bachelor’s degree; an associate’s degree with prior experience is acceptable.

+ At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, food, chemical, or pharmaceutical production.

+ Basic math skills with the ability to convert between metric and U.S. units.

+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions accurately.
