Our client, a well-established leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, is looking for motivated Production Line Associates to join their growing team in Bristol, IN. This is a great opportunity to start a stable career in manufacturing—no prior experience required!
As a Production Line Associate, you’ll work in a team-oriented environment, supporting key steps in the assembly and packaging process to ensure high-quality products are delivered efficiently.
**Job Title:** Production Line Associate – Entry Level
**Location:** Bristol, IN
**Pay Range:** **1st Shift:** $16.65/hr | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
**2nd Shift:** $18.15/hr | 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM (Mon–Fri)
No mandatory overtime
What's the Job?
+ Load bottles and containers onto the production line
+ Apply caps and verify product labels and lot numbers
+ Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
+ Pack and prepare items for shipment
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area during production and downtime
What's Needed?
+ Strong attention to detail and reliability
+ Excellent attendance and punctuality
+ Positive attitude and good communication skills
+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes as required
+ No prior experience needed—comprehensive training provided!
