WE ARE HIRING A FULL-TIME CLEANING UNIT MANAGER TRAINEES For the following areas:
COVERAGE INCLUDES WAUKESHA COUNTY, MILWAUKEE AND SURROUNDING AREAS
+ FULL TIME: Start between 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm for 8 hours/night, Monday - Friday, Weekends Ocasional
Salary: $17-18/hr. + mileage reimbursement and paid drive time. Weekly Paycheck!
Requirements: Driver's Licence, Own vehicle (Must have Reliable Transportation), Excellent attendance and positive attitude.
Specific Job Information:
This an entry level Unit manager trainee position which can be full or part-time [however many hours, it will be all cleaning until you are through training into a supervisory role.
+ Each UNIT MANAGER TRAINEE will be assigned different locations nightly by their Area Manager based on the nightly needs.
+ To compensate, we pay "travel time" [each employee is paid from the start of their night to the end of their night including driving between locations] and we reimburse them for mileage if they drive more than 10 miles outside their coverage area in a night.
+ Transportation is required and the extra responsibility results in a higher wage rate
+ We clean at many facilities throughout the Waukesha Area and Milwaukee suburbs and our Unit Manager Trainees help us by "filling-in" open cleaning positions. This involves working at a variety of locations and situations. We will train you on each of the cleaning roles that you will perform leading into a Supervisory role.
While on the job, you must be able be able to:
+ Perform continuous physical activity at a reasonable pace, including walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
+ Typical duties include trash removal, dusting, spray-cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning of restrooms
+ All candidates must pass a drug test and a criminal background check
Qualifications:
To perform these jobs successfully, an individual must be willing to be taught during the training period.
Eventually they will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
+ Education and/or Experience: three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Other Skills and Abilities: Must possess a valid, current driver's license and/or have on-time, alternate transportation to arrive at each work location.
+ Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must be mechanically inclined in regard to equipment and facilities maintenance and repair.
+ Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must repeatedly stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
