Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Welder Second Shift to join their team. As a Welder Second Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Welder Second Shift

**Location:** Barronett, WI

**Pay Range:** $18 - $25

**Shift:** Second Shift

What's the Job?

+ Read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications

+ Inspect welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications

+ Set up and operate welding equipment and machines

+ Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

What's Needed?

+ Previous welding experience

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications

+ Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
