    Our client, a leader in manufacturing solutions for telecommunications, renewable energy, transportation, defense, and other applications, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join their team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting the production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Quality Supervisor

    **Location:** North Charleston, SC

    **Pay Range:** $70000 - $75000

    Shift:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Oversee quality employees and inspection processes to ensure high standards are maintained

    + Assist in overseeing and assigning quality duties to team members

    + Support training of new hires and ongoing development of staff

    + Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Excellent time management skills and the ability to solve problems effectively

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills, including email and collaboration tools

    + Ability to read and interpret 2D prints and work instructions

    + Organized approach to task management and delegation

    + Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Outlook
