    Our client, a leading organization in warehouse and logistics operations, is seeking an Operator 1, Warehouse Operations to join their team. As an Operator 1, Warehouse Operations, you will be part of the Warehouse Support team supporting daily material handling and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Operator 1, Warehouse Operations

    **Location:** Covington, GA

    **Pay Range:** $15.50/hr

    **Shift:** Days: 9a - 5:30pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate various equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials within the warehouse.

    + Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials handled.

    + Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.

    + Assist in developing skills related to material handling, logistics, and manufacturing processes.

    + Support team members in routine warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Zero (0) to one (1) year of warehouse or related experience.

    + Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and power trucks safely.

    + Effective communication skills and the ability to interpret written documents in English.

    + Basic math skills and general computer literacy.
