Our client, a leading manufacturing facility in Harrisonburg, VA, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their dedicated team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be an integral part of the operations supporting the maintenance department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Mechanic

**Location:** Harrisonburg, VA

**Pay Range:** $32

**Shift:** Night shift, 7 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Operate and maintain the facility and all equipment efficiently and effectively

+ Ensure the facility is kept clean and organized to promote safety and productivity

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment

+ Implement improvements to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality

+ Conduct boiler maintenance including daily blow downs and adjustments

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong mechanical and electrical skills

+ Ability to perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks

+ Good communication skills and ability to work closely with management

+ Background check and client credential package required
