Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Specialist to join our Professional Services Consulting team. In this role, you will design and deliver customer-focused solutions that streamline project management and content workflows. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to configure Adobe Workfront and integrate it with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides, Assets, and Sites—serving a portfolio of global, blue-chip clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Configure and customize Adobe Workfront to meet client requirements, including workflows, templates, and reporting dashboards.
+ Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other enterprise systems to enable seamless collaboration and automation.
+ Develop and implement governance frameworks, best practices, and solutions to streamline workflows and improve asset management.
+ Provide consulting, training, and best practices to help clients maximize Workfront capabilities.
+ Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement enhancements.
+ Collaborate with AEM specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for content creation, management, and publishing.
Required Experience:
+ Ability to legally work in the United States.
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
+ 7 years of experience in a similar role using AEM. Workfront experience is mandatory.
+ Proven experience configuring and managing Adobe Workfront in enterprise environments.
+ Strong understanding of project management methodologies and resource planning.
+ Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related tools (Guides, Assets, Sites) is highly desirable.
+ Strong knowledge of workflow automation and Agile methodologies.
+ Ability to analyze data, identify system issues, design end-to-end solutions, and implement solutions.
+ Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
+ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as client services, engineering, and support.
+ Certifications in Adobe Workfront are a plus.
Travel:
Occasional travel may be required with US-based clients. Most client meetings will be held remotely.
Length of assignment:
The length of the assignment will extend through three months, with a possibility of extension.
Work Hours & Location:
This is a remote, part-time, 1099 or W-2 role. Work hours can range between 20 and 29 hours/week. The working hours will primarily align with US Eastern Time.
