Looking for a role that keeps you moving? At Manpower, we’re hiring Distribution Associates to join a dynamic warehouse team. This is a high-energy position where you’ll be on your feet and walking throughout your shift—perfect for those who enjoy staying active while working. No prior equipment experience? No problem! We’ll train you to safely operate tools like pallet jacks and scissor lifts.

Pay & Shifts:
+ 1st Shift: Mon–Fri | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | $19.50/hr
+ 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $20.50/hr
+ 3rd Shift: Sun–Thu | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $20.50/hr
What You’ll Do:
+ Walk extensively throughout the warehouse to pick and organize items
+ Ensure accuracy and quality before packaging or staging
+ Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided!)
+ Maintain a clean, organized work area
+ Meet performance goals for accuracy, speed, and attendance
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
+ Strong attention to detail and time management
+ Flexibility to work any available shift
+ Previous warehouse experience is a plus—but not required!
