    Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility industry, is seeking a dedicated Audio Visual Technician to join their dynamic team. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be an integral part of the Client Services department supporting internal and external events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will enable you to thrive in this innovative environment.

     

    **Job Title:** Audio Visual Technician

    **Location:** Foster City, CA

    **Pay Range:** $50/hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide support for all internal audio visual equipment including conference room displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, controllers, and cabling.

    + Assist in building out new conference rooms and maintaining existing AV setups.

    + Support live meetings and streaming events such as All Hands, Executive Meetings, and Webinars.

    + Perform physical sweeps of conference rooms and digital signage to verify functionality and troubleshoot issues.

    + Evaluate and implement new hardware and software solutions to enhance AV capabilities.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 4 years of experience in an audio visual or IT support role.

    + Minimum of 2 years managing live company events streamed across multiple locations.

    + Ability to maneuver tight spaces and lift up to 50 pounds safely.

    + Experience managing Zoom Rooms and relevant conferencing hardware.

    + Basic understanding of networking, Windows, and macOS troubleshooting related to conferencing and events.
