Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a UI/UX Designer - Expert to join their team. As a UI/UX Designer - Expert, you will be part of the User Experience and Design Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for creating user-centered designs, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** UI/UX Designer - Expert

**Location:** Austin, TX

What's the Job?

+ Lead design reviews and drive strategic design decisions across multiple platforms.

+ Create innovative design solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

+ Represent the design team brand and ensure a consistent design process with partners.

+ Visualize ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes, providing detailed documentation.

+ Maintain high standards of design quality, conduct QA, and support research efforts to improve processes.

What's Needed?

+ 11+ years of experience in interaction design focused on digital products.

+ Experience with complex transactional systems and B2B design environments.

+ Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Invision, and Figma.

+ Strong understanding of user-centered design processes, including research, wireframing, and usability testing.

+ Ability to work effectively within an Agile, collaborative team environment.
