Our client, a leading organization in the technology and customer experience sector, is seeking a Researcher to join their team. As a Researcher, you will be part of the Experience Strategy & Design Studio supporting innovative research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Researcher 4
**Location:** Remote
**Pay Range:** $46- $50/hr on W2
What's the Job?
+ Conduct comprehensive user research using a variety of methods including interviews, surveys, and field studies.
+ Design, plan, and facilitate research activities both locally and internationally.
+ Identify the most effective qualitative research strategies to support design and business objectives.
+ Manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, to communicate research insights effectively.
+ Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform customer-centric design solutions.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 8+ years of experience in user experience research or related roles.
+ Proven expertise in a wide range of research methods, including qualitative and quantitative techniques.
+ Experience designing and facilitating co-creation, ideation, and design thinking workshops.
+ Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
