    Our client, a leading industrial manufacturing facility, is seeking a CNC Operator Second Shift to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Operator Second Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** CNC Operator Second Shift

    **Location:** Barronett, WI

    **Pay Range:** $37,440 - $52,000

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift 3-1 AM, Monday-Thursday (Potential OT on Fridays)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate CNC machinery to produce precision components according to specifications

    + Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met

    + Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment

    + Maintain accurate production records and documentation

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Experience in machine operation, CNC preferred but not required

    + Knowledge of forklift and overhead crane operation is a plus

    + Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
